The silc-toolkit and silc-toolkit-devel RPM packages obsolete the older libsilc and libsilc-devel RPM packages. The new packages provide the same content. The -devel package provides also the SILC Toolkit Reference Manual.

The Win32 package contains compiled libraries, headers and SILC Toolkit Reference Manual.

The Symbian OS package contains compiled libraries, headers and the SILC Toolkit Reference Manual.

The SILC Toolkit package is also available in official package bases in various operating systems and distributions, including:
